Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@saleinpak.com with details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return process will apply.

SaleinPak reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
